Vegetable Cutlet Recipe
Here is a delicious cutlet recipe.
Ingredients needed:
Onion (finely chopped) - 1 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Chopped vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, beans, peas) - 1 1/2 cups
Potatoes - 1 nos
Green chilies (finely chopped) - 2
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Maida / corn flour - 1 cup
Bread crumbs (powdered) - 1 cup
Oil for Frying
Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil all the vegetables and mash the potatoes alone.
- Heat oil in a pan add green chillies and fry the chopped onions until brown.
- Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute for a minutes.
- Fry chopped vegetables then add mashed potatoes.
- Add chilli powder, garam masala (sambar powder) and salt.
- Mix well and cook for few minutes, at last add coriander leaves.
- Add water to maida and make it as a paste.
- Make a lemon sized balls out of the vegetable mixture.
- Dip them in the paste and roll them in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a tawa and fry cutlets until both sides becomes brown.
- Serve the hot vegetable cutlets with Tomato sauce.
