Here is a delicious cutlet recipe.

Ingredients needed: 
Onion (finely chopped) - 1 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Chopped vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, beans, peas) - 1 1/2 cups
Potatoes - 1 nos
Green chilies (finely chopped) - 2
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Maida / corn flour - 1 cup
Bread crumbs (powdered) - 1 cup
Oil for Frying
Salt to taste

Method:
  1. Boil all the vegetables and mash the potatoes alone.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add green chillies and fry the chopped onions until brown.
  3. Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute for a minutes.
  4. Fry chopped vegetables then add mashed potatoes.
  5. Add chilli powder, garam masala (sambar powder) and salt.
  6. Mix well and cook for few minutes, at last add coriander leaves.
  7. Add water to maida and make it as a paste.
  8. Make a lemon sized balls out of the vegetable mixture.
  9. Dip them in the paste and roll them in bread crumbs.
  10. Heat oil in a tawa and fry cutlets until both sides becomes brown.
  11. Serve the hot vegetable cutlets with Tomato sauce.
